Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Damages
Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the claims process with the carrier and work towards a satisfactory resolution. VMSK Retail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
