At VMSK Retail, we strive to provide our customers with flexibility and convenience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Below are the terms of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom-made items, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at customer.service@vmskretail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Our team will process your cancellation and confirm via email.

Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel an order within the designated timeframe, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If a cancellation is made after the timeframe, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.service@vmskretail.com.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us within the cancellation timeframe, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation by VMSK Retail

VMSK Retail reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as:

Product unavailability.
Errors in the description or prices for products.
Errors in your order.

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
